Where do we ship to?
We ship to almost every city across India.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to introduce it in the future.
How long does an order take to process?
We aim to process all orders within 24 working hours. In most cases, orders are fulfilled within 5 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days during peak periods such as product launches, holidays, or promotional campaigns.
How long does shipping take?
All confirmed orders are generally shipped within 24 working hours. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
How can you track your order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment status.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. The applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Avitha ships only within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
How do I cancel my order?

Will I receive a full refund on cancellation?
Yes. If the order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation window, a full refund will be initiated.
How will I receive the refund for a cancelled order?
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business working days.
Refunds cannot be transferred to alternative payment methods or accounts.
Next Day Delivery (NDD) / Same Day Delivery (SDD)
Orders placed under expedited delivery options such as NDD or SDD are processed immediately on priority.
Once confirmed, these orders cannot be modified or cancelled, as shipment processing begins instantly to ensure timely delivery.
In exceptional situations, cancellation requests may be reviewed solely at the discretion of Avitha / Rushabh Commercials.
Returns & Refunds
At Avitha, every product is formulated with care, clinically chosen actives, and skin-conscious formulations designed for everyday Indian skin needs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make every effort to assist you.
For smooth resolution of issues, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
Reports made beyond the specified timelines may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business working days through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that shipping or PPCOD charges may not be refunded if an order is returned due to:
